Initiative offers free training for those who want to position their business in the digital environment and expand their market reach

Applications are now open for the 2026 cycle of the “Amazon at Home, Intact Forest” program, aimed at Amazon social and biological diversity enterprises seeking to strengthen their digital sales directly to end consumers (B2C). Conducted by Climate Ventures, the program is supported by an advisory board composed of Fundo Vale, IDESAM, AMAZ, iCS and CLUA. It works to connect sustainable forest products with conscious consumers across Brazil, building bridges between the Amazon and both physical and digital markets.
Applications can be submitted until 11:59 p.m. on March 29 through this form.
About Amazon at Home, Intact Forest
Launched in 2020, the Amazon at Home, Intact Forest program was designed to strengthen Amazon social and biological diversity businesses in areas such as food, beverages, natural cosmetics, handicrafts, fashion and other products that generate income through the sustainable use of forest resources. The program acts as a market access platform, connecting entrepreneurs with consumers, business partners and sales channels. It seeks to generate positive social and environmental impact by strengthening value chains that keep the forest standing and support local communities.
“Our goal is to empower entrepreneurs who transform social and biological diversity into sustainable, fair and inclusive businesses. The program offers exactly what this new generation of Amazon businesses most needs right now, which is organization and strategy to sell independently. In this way, we connect those who produce in the forest with those who consume in cities, generating value for the entire value chain,” says Márcia Soares, Fundo Vale’s Amazon and partnerships manager.
On-the-ground impact: Income, preserved forest and more conscious consumers
By supporting Amazonian enterprises with guidance, market connections and structured follow-up, the program helps:
- generate income for communities, cooperatives, associations and small businesses;
- strengthen sustainable value chains that respect local communities and their ways of life;
- expand urban consumers’ access to products that reflect history, biodiversity and environmental commitment.
About this year’s edition
The 2026 cycle is aimed at businesses that work (fully or partially) with forest products; already have a B2C product (sold directly to end consumers); want to start or better organize digital sales (via WhatsApp, social media, marketplaces or online stores); and have a designated team member with internet access who can take part in the training journey.
Live sessions will occur every two weeks and will be offered at two possible times, with groups meeting on Tuesday afternoons or Wednesday mornings, between April and October 2026. Classes are scheduled to begin on April 27.
Applications are submitted through an online form that evaluates the following factors:
- Business profile and alignment with the objectives of the 2026 cycle;
- Current stage of digital sales (from those just starting to those with a minimally structured routine);
- Commitment to the training journey and availability to participate in meetings;
- A genuine connection with the Amazon, whether through inputs, value chains, leadership or impact on communities;
- Capacity (or potential) to meet gradual increases in demand if digital sales grow.
Information is also requested regarding revenue, sales channels, main commercialization challenges and what the business intends to change in practice in the first three months regarding digital sales if selected.
