We are a non-profit civil society organization of public interest (OSCIP, acronym in Portuguese), controlled by Vale, our sponsor. Currently, our governance structure is formed by the Board Council, Fiscal Council and Executive Board. The Board Council has decision-making power, and the Fiscal Council monitors and approves the financial execution. The Executive Board operationalizes the strategies.
We have started the revision of our Bylaws and governance structure to meet the new institutional challenges and reinforce the impact investment strategies. This work is underway and should be completed by 2022.
