We are a nonprofit organization controlled by Vale, our sponsor. Fundo Vale is currently governed and managed by its General Assembly and Executive Board. The General Assembly serves as Fundo Vale’s highest decision-making body, while the Executive Board is responsible for implementing strategies and administrative management.

Fundo Vale also has an Advisory Council and an Audit Committee. The Advisory Council provides strategic support and advice to the Executive Board, especially in relation to the formulation of a long-term strategic vision. As Fundo Vale is not a permanent organization, its Advisory Council can be convened as needed. Meanwhile, the Audit Committee oversees Fundo Vale’s accounting and financial management, as well as its internal controls.
